Orders shipping outside the continental US may take longer.

We double-check everything before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

For apparel, check the sizing chart in the product description before ordering — Bake-Keeper tees and hoodies run true to size unless noted, and if you're between sizes we generally recommend sizing up. Sizing doesn't apply to items like mugs, tote bags, or other kitchen goods.

Care instructions vary by product and are noted in the product description where applicable — apparel, for example, is generally best washed cold and tumble dried low (or hung to dry) to protect the print. Following the specific instructions for your item will help it last.
