We double-check everything before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because most items enter production quickly, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes: size, color, personalization, address: within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it goes into production.

For apparel, check the sizing chart in the product description before ordering. Bake-Keeper tees and hoodies run true to size unless noted, and if you're between sizes we generally recommend sizing up. Sizing doesn't apply to items like mugs, tote bags, or other kitchen goods.

Care instructions vary by product and are noted in the product description where applicable: apparel, for example, is generally best washed cold and tumble dried low (or hung to dry) to protect the print. Following the specific instructions for your item will help it last.

Select items offer personalization, like a name, initials, or custom text. Where that's available, you'll see a personalization field right on the product page before you add it to your cart. Please double-check spelling and details before ordering, since personalized items are made specifically for you.

We're happy to talk about larger orders for events, gifts, or groups. Contact us with the item(s), quantities, and your timeline, and we'll let you know what's possible: larger orders may need extra production time.
